The Interior Football League is one of Canada's longest-running adult soccer leagues. We run the Indoor Super 8, hosting roughly 600 players across Kelowna and the surrounding Okanagan.
Founded in 1923, IFL has been the home of competitive men's soccer in the Okanagan for over a century. We exist for the players: real fixtures, real standings, real match nights under the lights.
Our league is run by a volunteer executive — players themselves — supported by certified referees and a community of clubs, sponsors, and field partners.
